Yessiree, I believe I do know Stuart. I didn't realize he was heading that far West, though. Tell him I said hello!

Here's a little note I wrote to our friend property the other day:

Your fee simple subject to condition subsequent is interfering with my rule against perpetuities, giving me a reverter that I'm going to shove right up your fee tail if you don't take your servient tenement and get horizontal with someone else's privity. Do you understand me?!?

There is a guy named Stewart in my Bar/Bri class that says he knows you from school...any idea who he is? Just randomly came up when he said he went to GW. Anyway, back to property. Sigh.

Also, just to let you know, EVERYONE gets pummeled by contracts and property. They are the hardest subjects on the MBE. The fact that are doing well in evidence puts you ahead of most (because lots of folks are just learning it now for the bar).

Hang in there!

One serious suggestion on positive feedback for difficult subjects: keep a log. The screen on StudySmart isn't too good for this, but I've found that by keeping track of my Real Property results, I've beaten the blues on it. Sure, the first few rounds are rough, but it's a kick to see the improvement.
