I imagine your job prevents you from posting many thoughts about Montana's impending execution. It just makes me sick reading the comments people post on the Gazette's website.

I took the bar exam seven years ago and I still can't get over how hard the MBE was. I remember so many questions where I read through the whole question, formulated what the correct answer was, then read the choices and discovered that nothing close to my answer was one of the choices. It was a truly miserable experience. I recently moved to Washington state, and thank god I could get in through reciprocity, but I learned that they do not use the MBE. I heard some lawyers saying that they believe Washington's bar exam is the hardest because it's all essay--no multiple choice. I asked them if they had even seen MBE multiple choice questions and they admitted they hadn't. I told them I would have taken an all-essay any day over that damn MBE! So, this long-winded post was really just to let you know that it has always sucked, but almost everyone I know did a lot better on it then they expected. I hope it's the same for you!
