He seemed sort of flabbergasted with the charge and said that we should do what we wanted, but if we were down to two choices with no idea which was right, his recommendation would be to go with "C" if that was one of them. But one of our lecturers says A and the other says C. We can't get our act together long enough to successfully conspire, and thus cannot be liable!" "A" for RAP questions, "C" for all others, or just "A" for all the ones we don't know or which we think are ridiculous? That anonymous commenter does have a good idea about just reading the call of the question if you're running out of time. Probably would be better than just guessing.... A related question: given Barbri's dominance of the test prep market and the particular way the test works, does this count as an anti-trust violation?
