    Thanks, Cathy. It is, indeed, an interesting case. The story grabbed my attention b/c it wasn’t long ago that I was sitting in a bar w/colleagues who were talking about trying to get that number in the local area code and/or what they’d get if they just started calling that number in every area code around the country.
